Return Policy - Standard Goods
You may return defective goods within three (3) days of delivery for a full refund. When returning non-defective goods, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
Return Policy – Custom Goods
Custom goods are made to your order. If we have made an error in following your on-line instruction, you may return the new un-used goods for replacement. If we have accurately followed your on-line instructions, the goods are not returnable.
Canceled Order. Custom orders are manufactured promptly after your order, and therefore cannot be refunded unless manufacture is defective. Canceled orders on standard goods are handled per the "Return Policy - Standard Goods."
